CobotAI Limited is a company specialized in offering customized system solutions for mutual cognitive human-robot or multi-robot collaborations with flexible automation efficiency across various industrial domains (e.g., service, automotive, manufacturing industries). Our core members are PhD students and staffs from the RAIDS group in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, at PolyU. Embodied AI Algorithm Researcher

Position Type: PhD / MPhil / Research Assistant / Student Helper / Intern

Job Description:

Participate in research and model development related to embodied AI, data collection, dexterous hands, and tactile perception, and deliver impactful work.

Requirements:

  1. Research or work experience in robotics, artificial intelligence, or electronic engineering is preferred.
  2. Strong hands-on skills and learning ability.
  3. Passionate about and familiar with the embodied AI field, keeping up-to-date with the latest related research and developments.

Embodied AI Hardware Researcher

Position Type: PhD / MPhil / Research Assistant / Student Helper / Intern

Job Description:

Participate in research and development related to embodied AI wearable devices, tactile feedback modules, spatial motion tracking, and high-frequency data collection terminals, and deliver impactful work.

Requirements:

  1. Research or work experience in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or smart hardware is preferred.
  2. Strong hands-on ability, able to independently complete hardware design and assembly.
  3. Passionate about and familiar with the embodied AI and smart terminal field, keeping up-to-date with the latest related research and developments.
